Participant

Participant. Any employee, director, partner or Consultant of or service provider to the Company, any Subsidiary or Affiliate who has been selected as a participant by the Administrator, pursuant to the Administrator's authority in Section 3 below, to receive an Award

Participant. A member of the Investment Manager in whose name a Subaccount is maintained pursuant to subsection 7.03 hereof, and named in a Notice of Election pursuant to subsection 2.03(b) or subsection 2.04(b) hereof

Participant. An Eligible Employee designated by the Committee to participate in the Plan for a designated Performance Period

Participant. A current or former employee or member of the Company for whom an Account is maintained pursuant to this Plan or who holds any Restricted Share Units pursuant to the Plan

Participant. An employee or former employee of the Company who has elected to defer the Elected Options as provided in Section 4

Participant. An Eligible Employee who has made an election for a RSU Award pursuant to the Plan and for whom an Account is maintained hereunder.

Participant. An employee of the Company who has been designated as a Participant by the Board (or a committee thereof) and who has signed and returned a valid Participation Agreement to the Company within thirty (30) days after being provided such Participation Agreement. The employees initially eligible to participate in the Plan are listed on EXHIBIT A hereto.

Participant. An employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries who is selected by the Committee to participate in the Umbrella Plan pursuant to Section 4 hereof

Participant. Any holder of an Award under the Plan

Participant. An employee of the Company or a qualifying Subsidiary who is participating in the Plan
