Example Definitions of "Participant"
Participant. An Eligible Person designated by the Committee to receive a Grant under the Plan
Participant. Means an Eligible Employee who has an Account balance under the Plan and whose Account has not been fully distributed.
Participant. Means an employee or consultant of the Company or an Affiliate who is eligible to participate in the Bonus Plan pursuant to Section 4.
Participant. Shall mean an executive officer of the Company designated by the Committee pursuant to Section 4 to participate in the Plan with respect to a Long-Term Performance Period.
Participant. Shall mean an Eligible Employee who has elected to participate herein
