Participant

Participant. An Eligible Person designated by the Committee to receive a Grant under the Plan

Participant. Means an Eligible Employee who has an Account balance under the Plan and whose Account has not been fully distributed.

Participant. Means an employee or consultant of the Company or an Affiliate who is eligible to participate in the Bonus Plan pursuant to Section 4.

Participant. Shall mean an executive officer of the Company designated by the Committee pursuant to Section 4 to participate in the Plan with respect to a Long-Term Performance Period.

Participant. Shall mean an Eligible Employee who has elected to participate herein

Participant. Senior Executive Participants, Executive Participants and all other Eligible Employees designated to participate in the Plan for a designated Performance Year. Any additions to the Participant list in effect upon the adoption of this Plan must be approved by the CEO

Participant. Means an Employee who has elected to participate in this Plan pursuant to Section 5 hereof.

Participant. An Eligible Employee who has received a Performance Award under the Program with respect to a fiscal year of the Company pursuant to Section 4

Participant. Any Employee who is eligible to participate in the Plan under Section 5, and elects for an Option Period to participate in this Plan.

Participant. An Eligible Employee selected and designated by the Benefits Committee to participate in the Plan, except for an executive officer, as defined under Rule 3-b of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, who shall be selected and designated by the Compensation Committee.
