Participant

Participant. The individual identified in the Grant Notice as the person to whom this option has been granted under the Plan

Participant. Means an Eligible Employee who participates in the Plan and executes and submits the enrollment form described in Section 4 hereof.

Participant. Each Employee, other than an Employee who holds the title of Senior Vice President or above, subject to Section 12.2 hereof.

Participant. An Eligible Employee who has made a deferral election under the Plan. Where the context so requires, the term "Participant" shall include a person who has a Deferral Account under the Plan, including a Beneficiary who obtains benefits under this Plan in accordance with its terms

Participant. An Eligible Director who has elected to defer receipt of any portion of the Fees otherwise payable to such Eligible Director in accordance with Section 4(a) of the Plan. An individual shall cease to be a Participant upon the payment on behalf of such individual of all amounts then standing to the credit of such individual's Account under the Plan.

Participant. Any active executive of the Company or subsidiary who has been selected by the Committee as eligible to earn a Bonus under the STIP

Participant. Shall mean an Employee, Consultant or Outside Director who receives an Award.

Participant. Any management employee designated as eligible for the Plan by the Committee who is selected by the Committee to participate in the Plan and returns to the Company an executed Participation Notice and Agreement

Participant. Any Eligible Person to whom Options have been granted from time to time by the Committee and any authorized transferee of such individual

Participant. Any Employee who is eligible and has elected to participate in the Plan accordance with Sections 3 and 5, and who has not withdrawn from the Plan or whose participation in the Plan is not otherwise terminated.
