Participant

Participant. Each Level I, Level II, Level III and Level IV Participant who is employed by the Company as of October 1, 2015 or who commences employment with the Company on or after October 1, 2015. Each employee who is designated as a Participant shall be provided a Participation Certificate, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, specifying that the employee is a Level I, Level II, Level III or Level IV Participant

Participant. Means an employee who, pursuant to Section 3, is eligible to participate in the Plan and has complied with the requirements of Section 7.

Participant. Shall mean an Eligible Employee who has elected to participate in the Plan in accordance with rules established by the Plan Administrator.

Participant. An Eligible Employee who elects to participate in the Plan by making a Deferral Election in accordance with Section 5 or who receives an Excess NQ RSA Contribution in accordance with Section 6.2.

Participant. Any U.S. payroll employee, Officer, or Executive Officer, except for employees under a collective bargaining agreement, who are not covered by this Plan

Participant. Any employee of the Company who was employed by the Company on December 31st of the Plan Year with respect to whom a Cash Bonus Award or Long-Term Equity Compensation Award is paid

Participant. An eligible Employee who has elected to participate in the Plan in accordance with Section 5

Participant. Any employee, director or other Company Contributor who receives an Award under the Plan

Participant. An Eligible Employee in the Plan. Designation as a Participant must be renewed annually.

Participant. Any Director designated by the Committee to participate in the Plan, except that employees of the Company or its subsidiaries who are also Directors shall not be eligible to receive grants under the Plan.
