Participant

Example Definitions of "Participant"
Participant. A person who is selected by the Committee to receive benefits under the Plan and who is at the time an officer, employee, consultant, advisor or director of the Company or of any Subsidiary
Participant. A person to whom an Award is granted in accordance with the Plan or who holds an outstanding Award (but shall not include a transferee of an Award)
Participant. Any Eligible Employee who becomes a Participant in accordance with Paragraph 3, but shall also include any former Employee who continues to have an Account Balance.
Participant. Any eligible employee selected by the Committee or Chief Executive Officer pursuant to Section 5.1(a) to receive the grant of an Award
Participant. Any employee of the Company or an Affiliate who is, pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan, selected to participate in the Plan
Participant. Any eligible officer or key employee selected pursuant to Section 4.1 to receive the grant of an Award
Participant. Shall mean (i) an Executive Management employee who has been selected by the Committee to participate in the Plan as indicated by a Notice of Participation, or (ii) any other key employee who has been selected by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company to participate in the Plan as indicated by a Notice of Participation.
Participant. Any Non-Employee Director who elects to participate by filing a Participation Agreement as provided in Section 3, and any former Non-Employee Director who has outstanding deferred amounts under the Plan.
Participant. An employee of the Corporate Group who has been designated by the Committee as eligible to receive an Award pursuant to the Plan for a Plan Year or a Long-Term Performance Period
Participant. A person to whom Options have been granted under this Plan
