Participant

Participant. Means any Employee of the Company or any Affiliate who is selected by the Committee to receive an Award. Upon the death of a Participant, the term Participant shall also refer to a Beneficiary designated in accordance with the Plan.

Participant. A Director who receives an Award pursuant to this Program and the Equity Plan

Participant. An Employee of the Company or a Subsidiary who satisfies the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 5 and is participating in the Plan.

Participant. An Eligible Employee determined by the Committee to participate under the 2016 VSEP

Participant. An eligible Employee of the Company or a Subsidiary who has been granted a Stock Option under the Plan

Participant. Shall mean a person selected to participate in the Plan pursuant to Article 3.

Participant. A Non-Employee Director who holds Phantom Units or elects to defer payment with respect to Phantom Units pursuant to the Plan

Participant. An individual who is (i) employed in the services of the Company, (ii) (a) classified as executive grade under the Company's payroll system categories or (b) classified by the Committee as being a Grandfathered Participant, and (iii) eligible to participate in the Plan under Section 3

Participant. Means an Eligible Person who has been granted Restricted Stock Units under the Plan or, if applicable, such other Person who holds Restricted Stock Units.

Participant. An Eligible Employee who is a member of a select group of management or highly compensated employees of a Participating Employer and who has been selected by the Committee to be a participant in the NDC Plan.
