Participant

Participant. With respect to any offering conducted pursuant to the Plan, an eligible Employee who elects to participate in that offering in the manner specified in Section 5

Participant. Pierre Legault

Participant. A Service Provider who has been granted an Award under the Plan (or, if applicable, the Service Provider's estate or legal representative if the Award has been assigned or transferred as permitted hereunder).

Participant. Shall mean an Eligible Person who is selected by the Committee to receive an Option under the Plan.

Participant. Each Eligible Associate who has had compensation deferred by operation of a deferral election under this Plan.

Participant. Each person who is granted a Cash Incentive Award pursuant to the terms of the Plan and a Grant Agreement.

Participant. Each of those employees of the Company or its Subsidiaries listed on the Severance Benefit Schedule

Participant. Certain highly compensated senior managers who are selected for participation in the Plan based on the recommendation of the Committee and the approval of the Board of Directors

Participant. An Eligible Employee or Director who has elected to participate in the Plan by executing and submitting an Election to the Committee. A Participant shall also mean an Eligible Employee for whom Discretionary Employer Contributions are made, regardless of whether such Eligible Employee has executed and submitted an Election.

Participant. Any eligible employee who acquires Company Stock under the Tool Kit.
