Participant

Example Definitions of "Participant"
Participant. The Person to whom Options have been granted as set forth on the first page of this Agreement or to whom an Option has been assigned or transferred as permitted hereunder
Participant. A person who is selected by the Board to receive Awards under the Plan and who is or is expected to become an Employee, Director, or Consultant, or an Investor Director Provider.
Participant. A senior level employee of the Company who is chosen by the Committee to participate in this Plan and who signs and returns the Participation Agreement as provided in Section 3.
Participant. Any employee of the Company who is entitled to participate in the Amended Plan in accordance with Section 4.
Participant. With respect to each Performance Period, each employee or other service provider of the Company selected by the Committee to participate in this Plan for such period. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee, employees will be eligible to be selected as Participants for any Performance Period so long as (i) they are regularly scheduled to work an average of at least twenty (20) hours per week and (ii) they will be employed for at least one full quarter during such Performance Period.
Participant. Means (i) the Company's Chief Financial Officer, (ii) the Company's General Counsel, and (iii) such other executives as may be expressly identified by the Committee in writing as "Participants" hereunder. None of the foregoing individuals nor any other individual hereafter designated as a Participant hereunder shall thereafter be designated by the Committee as not being a Participant without his or her prior written consent.
Participant. Any Eligible Individual granted an Award under the Plan
Participant. Any Eligible Employee, Director or Advisor to whom an Award is granted and remains outstanding
Participant. Any Eligible Person who holds an outstanding Award under the Plan
Participant. Shall mean a Non-Employee Director to whom an Award is granted pursuant to the Plan.
