Participation Agreement

Participation Agreement. The Participation Agreement to be executed by GRMH and the Bank pursuant to which the Bank will sell to GRMH a fully subordinated $6,000,000 participation in the Loan in exchange for GRMH issuing the GRMH Stock to the Bank.

Participation Agreement. The participation agreement delivered by the Company to a Participant informing the Eligible Employee of his participation in the Plan, as it may be amended. Participation in the Plan is subject to the Participant's execution and return of his Participation Agreement. References to the "Plan" shall, if and to the extent applicable, include the terms of a Participation Agreement entered into with a Participant, unless the Committee determines otherwise

Participation Agreement. Means that certain Participation Agreement, dated as of February 23, 2017, by and between Carbon Tennessee Mining Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Nytis Exploration.

Participation Agreement. The written agreement between the Company and an Eligible Employee setting forth any additional terms and conditions of the Eligible Employee's participation in this Plan and evidencing the Eligible Employee's agreement to all terms and conditions of participation in this Plan, including the Protective Covenants.

Participation Agreement. An agreement between the Company and each Eligible Employee that must be executed as a condition of the Eligible Employee's participation in this Plan, in the form attached as Exhibit B

Participation Agreement. An agreement between the Company and each Employee (other than a Former Scripps Executive Severance Plan Participant) that must be executed as a condition of the Participant's eligibility for this Plan, in the form attached as Exhibit A.

Participation Agreement. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Participation Agreement. The Participation Agreement entered into between Borrower and the Participants, as amended, modified, restated or replaced from time to time.

Participation Agreement. The Participation Agreement ([Year] MSN [MSN]) dated as of , 201 and entered into among Assignor, Assignee and the Owner Participant named therein, whereby the Assignee has agreed to lease the Engines to the Assignor and the Assignor has agreed to lease the Engines from the Assignee.

Participation Agreement. An agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (or such other form as the Plan Administrator may specify) pursuant to which an Eligible Executive may become entitled as a Participant in the Plan
