Participation Agreement. The form agreement presented to each eligible Employee selected for participation following the Effective Date of First Restatement by the Committee or its delegate prior to his or her entry into this Plan that shall evidence the Employee's agreement to participate in this Plan and to comply with the terms, conditions, and restrictions within this Plan, including without limitation the confidentiality and covenant provisions of Section 7 of this Plan and of the Participation Agreement
Participation Agreement. The individual agreement (as will be provided in separate cover as Appendix A) provided by the Administrator to a Covered Employee under the Plan, which has been signed and accepted by the Covered Employee
Participation Agreement. Means each agreement between a Participant and the Company setting forth the terms and conditions of the Participant's right to participate in this Plan
