Patent

Patent. The patent(s) which are set out in Annex 1 and associated patent applications, including, without limitation, any patents issuing on any such patent applications, as well as any divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, substitutions, re-examinations, reissues, renewals, extensions, supplementary protection certificates and the like, and any foreign counterparts of any of the foregoing, all as updated from time to time by NEXVET

Patent. (a) letters patent (or other equivalent legal instrument), including without limitation utility and design patents, and including any term adjustment, extension, substitution, registration, confirmation, reissue, re-examination, or renewal thereof and (b) all equivalents and foreign counterparts of any of the foregoing

Patent. Shall mean a patent or a patent application, including any divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, invention certificates, substitutions, reissues, reexaminations, extensions, registrations, patent term extensions, supplementary protection certificates and renewals of any of the above, and any foreign equivalents of any of the foregoing.

Any United States or foreign patent or patent application, including any provisional application, continuation, continuation-in-part, divisional, registration, confirmation, revalidation, reissue, PCT application, patent term extension, supplementary protection certificate, and utility model, as well as all foreign counterparts of any of the foregoing, and related extensions or restorations of terms thereof.
