Patents

Patents. Patents shall mean all patents and applications relating thereto resulting from Subject Inventions.

Patents. Shall mean all current and future patent or patent application in any country in the Territory owned by or licensed to MSEM, including any extensions or future extension mechanisms, including Supplementary Protection Certificates or the equivalent thereof, renewals, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, patents-of-additions, and/or re-issues thereof, which contains one or more claims covering any part of the Technology.

Patents. Means the patents and patent applications (and the related resulting patents) listed on Exhibit B to this Agreement and any addition, continuation, continuation-in-part, division, reissue, extension, or patent term extension of, and any substitute application for, any such patent or patent application and any other current or future patents, patent applications or patent rights related to the Product or the registration, supply, marketing, issue or sale of the Product. 4

Patents. Shall mean the patents and reissue application listed on Schedule A, and any patents obtained by Licensor on an Improvement in the Field of Use, whether or not listed on Schedule A.

Patents. (a) all letters patent of the United States or any other country and all reissues and extensions thereof, including, without limitation, any thereof referred to in Schedule 3.16 to the Credit Agreement, and (b) all applications for letters patent of the United States or any other country and all divisions, continuations and continuations-in-part thereof, including, without limitation, any thereof referred to in Schedule 3.16 to the Credit Agreement.

Patents. Means all types of exclusionary or protective rights granted (or applications therefor) for inventions in any country of the world (including, without limitation, letters patent, plant patents, utility models, breeders' right certificates, inventor's certificates and the like), and all reissues and extensions thereof and all divisions, continuations and continuations-in-part thereof, including, without limitation, all such rights referred to in SCHEDULE A hereto.

Patents. Shall mean United States and foreign patents (including all reissues, divisions, continuations, continuations in part and extensions thereof), patent applications and patent disclosures, and all other patent and ancillary rights of Seller (including those as licensee or licensor).

All classes or types of patents, utility models and design patents (including, without limitation, originals, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, extensions or reissues), and applications for these classes or types of patent rights in all countries of the world that have or are entitled to claim the benefit of a first effective filing date during the Capture Period, including but not limited to the patents that... are the subject of the Patent Purchase and License Agreement.
