Patents

Patents. Means the patent applications and patents listed in Exhibit A hereto and any and all other patent applications and patents and amendments thereto, including foreign equivalents, and any and all substitutions, extensions, additions, reissues, re-examinations, renewals, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part or supplementary protection certificates owned by or licensed to (with the right to sublicense) Abbott during the Term relating to the Product or any Improvements.

Patents. Shall mean the issued patents and patent applications set forth in EXHIBIT 1 attached hereto, and any foreign counterparts, reissues, extensions, substitutions, confirmations, registrations, revalidations, additions, or continuations, continuations-in-part, and divisions thereof.

Patents. Mean all rights under any present or future patents and/or patent applications throughout the world, and shall include (i) any divisional, re-examination or renewal based on the said patents and /or patent applications, any patents which may issue on, from or as a result of any of the foregoing and any reissue of said patents, and (ii) the sole and exclusive right file, prosecute, maintain, and defend any of the foregoing, whether in the name of the Debtors or otherwise;
