Patents

Patents. Means all of the Debtor's right, title and interest in and to patents or applications for patents, fees or royalties with respect to each, and including without limitation the right to sue for past infringement and damages therefor, and licenses thereunder, all as presently existing or hereafter arising or acquired, including without limitation the patents listed on Exhibit A.

Patents. Shall mean patents, utility models and applications therefor, including any and all divisionals, continuations, re-examinations, renewals, provisionals, continuations-in-part, or re-issues owned or licensable by DDS (including without limitation U.S. Pat. No. 6,848,582), and which are in existence as of the Effective Date or which come into existence at any time thereafter and embody any Trade Secrets, and including any and all Enhancements.

Shall mean all U.S. patents and patent applications, including, without limitation, certificates of invention and applications for certifications of invention, registered designs and registered design applications, industrial designs and industrial design applications and registrations, reissues, reexaminations, extensions, substitutions, confirmations, registrations, revalidations, renewals, term restorations, additions, provisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, continued... prosecution applications, and requests for continued examination thereof, and any foreign equivalents of any of the foregoing. Patents. Has meaning set forth in the Intellectual Property Security Agreement.

Patents. Means all (a) letters patent, design patents, utility patents, inventions and trade secrets, all patents and patent applications in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and interests under patent license agreements, including without limitation, the inventions and improvements described and claimed therein, (b) licenses pertaining to any patent whether such Grantor is licensor or licensee, (c) income, royalties, damages and payments now and hereafter due and /or payable under and with... respect thereto, including without limitation, damages and payments for past, present or future infringements, (d) rights to sue for past, present and future infringements thereof, (e) rights corresponding thereto throughout the world in all jurisdictions in which such patents have been issued or applied for and (f) the reissues, divisions, continuations, renewals, extensions and continuations-in-part of any of the foregoing. Patents. Means the patent applications and patents listed in EXHIBIT A hereto and any patents issuing upon such patent applications, any amendments thereto, foreign equivalents in the Territory, and any and all substitutions, extensions, additions, reissues, re-examinations, renewals, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part or supplementary protection certificates derived from or relating thereto.

Patents. Means all classes or types of patents (including, without limitation, originals, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, extensions or reissues), and applications for these classes or types of patent rights in all countries of the world.

Patents. All of Borrower's letters patent under the laws of the United States listed on Schedule A hereto, all recordings and registrations thereof and applications therefor, including, without limitation, the inventions described therein, all reissues, continuations, divisions, renewals, extensions, continuations-in-part thereof, in each case whether now owned or existing or hereafter acquired or arising.

Patents. Those patents and patent applications that are (1) owned by BPA or (2) licensed to BPA at any time during the term of this Agreement with the right to sublicense under the Prime License Agreement and that claim (i) the Product (including methods of manufacture and/or use) in the United States; or (ii) the manufacture of Product outside of the United States.
