Patents

Patents. Shall mean all patents and patent applications throughout the Territory, and any substitutions, extensions, renewals, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, patents-of-addition and/or reissues or extensions thereof, which (i) are at present owned or controlled by BMS and are set forth in Exhibit A, or (ii) are owned or controlled by SGI or jointly by BMS and SGI, as the case may be, and cover any Improvement.

Patents. Shall mean unexpired patents, utility models, industrial designs, certificates of invention or similar grants of intellectual property rights that are filed, registered, issued or granted in the Territory, including without limitation, any divisionals, reissues, continuations, continuations-in-part, renewals, reexaminations, and extensions of any of the foregoing, and any applications therefor (and patents which may issue on such applications).

Patents. Shall mean United States Patent numbers 6,146,725 and 6,328,929.

Patents. Patents. All of the patents, patent registrations and patent applications are owned by each Guarantor, or in which each Guarantor acquires any right or interest, at any time prior to the termination of this Agreement.
