Example Definitions of "Patents"
Patents. Means any and all patents and patent applications (including originals, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, re-examinations, extensions or reissues thereof), and all inventions and discoveries that may be patentable, in each case that are used primarily in the Business.
Patents. Means (a) all patents of the United States and all reissues and extensions thereof, (b) all applications for patents of the United States and all divisions, continuations and continuations-in-part thereof or any other country, and (c) all Proceeds thereof.
