Patents

Patents. Means any and all patents and patent applications (including originals, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, re-examinations, extensions or reissues thereof), and all inventions and discoveries that may be patentable, in each case that are used primarily in the Business.

Patents. Means (a) all patents of the United States and all reissues and extensions thereof, (b) all applications for patents of the United States and all divisions, continuations and continuations-in-part thereof or any other country, and (c) all Proceeds thereof.

The patents and pending patent applications listed in Exhibit A attached to and made a part of this LA; and all continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, extensions, reexaminations and reissues of the patents and pending patent applications listed in Exhibit A, whether filed on before or after the Effective Date of this LA, which trace their earliest priority filing date by unbroken lineage to a patent or patent application listed in Exhibit A

Patents. Any patents and applications (including provisional applications and utility models), patents issuing from such applications, certificates of invention or any other grants by any governmental entity for the protection of inventions, and all reissues, renewals, continuations, continuations-in-part, re-examinations and extensions of any of the foregoing, in the United States and all jurisdictions of the world, including all foreign and international patents and applications

Patents. Any and all issued or pending patents and patent applications, both foreign and domestic, and including without limitation (a) all divisionals, continuations and continuations-in-part of any such applications, (b) any patents that issue from any of the foregoing, and (c) all substitutions, extensions, reissues, renewals, supplementary protection certificates and inventors' certificates with respect to any of the foregoing issued patents.
