Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. Means the period of three fiscal years from 2017 through 2019, inclusive, based on the Company's audited annual financial statements.
Performance Period. The period of time specified by the Committee over which the degree of attainment of specified Performance Measures will be measured.
