Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. Is defined in Schedule A.
Performance Period. The period designated by the Committee during which the Performance Goals with respect to a Performance Award shall be measured.
Performance Period. Shall mean each fiscal year of the Company or shorter period, as determined by the Committee.
Performance Period. Each fiscal year of Belk beginning with the 2007 fiscal year and ending with the 2011 fiscal year.
