Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. The period of time during which performance under a Performance Measure will be measured in order to determine the degree of payout and/or vesting with respect to an award under the Plan. Performance Periods may be equal to or longer than, but not less than, one fiscal year of the Company and may be overlapping
Performance Period. The fiscal year ended March 31, 2010.
