Performance Period

Example Definitions of "Performance Period"
Performance Period. A fiscal year of the Company or such other period that may be specified by the Committee in connection with the grant of a Section 162(m) Award.
Performance Period. A period of time, established by the Committee at the time an Award is granted, during which performance relative to established performance objectives is measured.
Performance Period. Means the 2013 calendar year.
Performance Period. The period consisting of the Company's 2013, 2014 and 2015 fiscal years.
Performance Period. Means the calendar year ending on December 31, 2013.
