Performance Period

Performance Period. The period of time, as specified in an Agreement, during which performance goals based on Performance Measures must be achieved

Performance Period. Shall mean any period commencing on or after January 1, 2017 for which performance goals are set under Section 5 and during which performance shall be measured to determine whether such goals have been met for purposes of determining whether a Participant is entitled to payment of a bonus under the Plan. Performance Period. In respect of a Performance Share, Performance Unit or Senior Executive Plan Bonus, a period of time established pursuant to Section 8 or Section 9, as the case may be, within which the Management Objectives or, in the case of a Performance Share or Performance Unit, other performance criteria relating to such Award are to be achieved.
