Performance Period

Performance Period. January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014.

Performance Period. Has the meaning set forth on the Cover Page and Schedule A over which the attainment of the Performance Goal is to be measured.

Performance Period. The period commencing on [ ], 20[ ] and concluding on the Valuation Date.

Performance Period. Shall mean the First Performance Period, the Second Performance Period, the Third Performance Period or the Fourth Performance Period, as applicable.

Performance Period. That period established by the Committee at the time any Award is granted or at any time thereafter during which the attainment of performance goals specified by the Committee with respect to that Award are to be measured. Except as provided in Section 10, a Performance Period may be a year or a longer or shorter period.

Performance Period. Period of not less than one (1) year over which the achievement of targets for Performance Measures is determined.

Performance Period. A fiscal year of the Company or such shorter period as may be designated by the Committee with respect to an Award.

Performance Period. In respect of an Award intended to satisfy the requirements for 'performance-based compensation' under Section 162(m) of the Code, a period of time established within which the Performance Objectives relating to such Award is to be achieved

Performance Period. Means the Performance Period specified in Appendix A.

Performance Period. The period of time for the measurement of the performance criteria that must be met to receive an Actual Award, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion. A Performance Period may be divided into one or more shorter periods and may be of varying and overlapping duration, at the sole discretion of the Committee
