Performance Period

Performance Period. A period of time, established by the Committee at the time an Award is granted, during which corporate and/or individual performance is measured

Performance Period. With respect to each Restricted Share, the period beginning on the Date of Grant and ending on the applicable Vesting Date for such Restricted Share
