Performance Period

Performance Period. The period beginning on the Performance Period Start Date and ending on the Performance Period End Date as specified in the table at the beginning of this Agreement.

Performance Period. Shall mean the three-year period, commencing at the start of the Company's fiscal year 2003 and ending at the close of the Company's fiscal year 2005.

Performance Period. The period beginning on May 2, 2007 and ending on the relevant Measurement Date (or ending on the Change in Control Date in the event that a Change in Control occurs prior to the Second Measurement Date).
