Performance Shares
Performance Shares. That number of performance-vesting restricted stock units listed in the Award Notice as Performance Shares Granted or such number of performance-vesting restricted stock units as adjusted in accordance with Section 7 of the Agreement.
Performance Shares. Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator
