Example Definitions of "Performance Shares"
Performance Shares. A contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 10 hereof representing a notional unit interest equal in value to a share of Common Stock to be paid and distributed at such times, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement
Performance Shares. Means an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of Performance Goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine pursuant to Section 10.
Performance Shares. The maximum number of Shares the Employee may receive under this Award based on the extent to which the Performance Vesting Requirements are achieved. In no event will the number of Performance Shares exceed 250% of the number of Units set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Performance Shares. Means Class C Common Shares, Class D Common Shares, Class I Common Shares, Class S Common Shares and Class T Common Shares. Class E Common Shares shall not be considered Performance Shares.
Performance Shares. Means the right to receive Shares to the extent the Company, Subsidiary, Affiliate or other business unit and/or Participant achieves certain goals that the Board establishes over a period of time the Board designates.
Performance Shares. 95,943 shares of Common Stock
Performance Shares. That number of performance-vesting restricted stock units listed in the Award Notice as Performance Shares Granted or such number of performance-vesting restricted stock units as adjusted in accordance with Section 7 of the Agreement.
Performance Shares. Means an Award granted under Section 6 which entitles a Participant to receive Shares, their cash equivalent, or a combination thereof, based on the achievement of one or more specified performance criteria during one or more Performance Periods.
Performance Shares. The shares of Tyson's Class A common stock (or, in the event of a Change in Control, the capital stock of the successor entity into which Tyson Class A common stock was converted) subject to this Award Agreement.
