Plan Administrator

Plan Administrator. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company ('Committee') or its delegate or delegates, which shall have the authority to administer the Plan. As of the Effective Date, the Committee has delegated the responsibility for the operational administration of the Plan to both the Finance and Human Resources Departments of the Bank. Plan Administrator. The person, persons, and/or third-party administrator designated by the Company to administer the day to day operations of the Plan and the Company's other equity incentive programs
