Plan Administrator

Plan Administrator. Means Verizon.

Plan Administrator. The Employee Benefits Committee of the Company, or any successor committee having similar authority, or such other individual or committee as may be determined by the Compensation Committee from time to time.

Plan Administrator. The Committee, its designated agents, and/or any committee appointed pursuant to Section 3.b., to the extent the Committee has delegated its authority or duties of Plan administration

Plan Administrator. Shall mean the person or persons who shall, from time to time, be serving as the members of the Committee.

Plan Administrator. Means the Committee, or such other committee consisting of two or more officers of the Company as the Committee may designate to administer the Plan with regard to Employees who are not officers of the Company.

Plan Administrator. The Plan Administrator appointed by the ESPP Committee to administer this Plan. The Plan Administrator shall initially be Computershare, Inc. and certain of its affiliates.
