Plan Administrator

Plan Administrator. Means the administrator appointed under any Plan of Reorganization to distribute funds pursuant to the terms of such Plan of Reorganization.

Plan Administrator. Either the Board or a committee of one or more Board members, to the extent such committee may at the time be responsible for plan administration

Plan Administrator. An Employee (or a group of Employees) appointed by the Committee as provided in Section 5 or, in the absence of any such specific appointment, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
