Example Definitions of "Preferred Stock"
Preferred Stock. Means the preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company and any securities issued in respect thereof, or in substitution therefor, in connection with any stock split, dividend or combination, or any reclassification, recapitalization, merger, consolidation, exchange or other similar reorganization.
Preferred Stock. Shall mean the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company, par value $0.001 per share, and any other class of securities into which such securities may hereafter be reclassified or changed
Preferred Stock. Means the preferred stock of the Company, including the Company's Series A Preferred Stock and Series B Preferred Stock
Preferred Stock. Means, collectively, shares of the Series E Preferred Stock, the Series D' Preferred Stock, the Series C' Preferred Stock, and the Series B1' Preferred Stock.
