Preferred Stock

Preferred Stock. The Series F Preferred Stock, the Series G Preferred Stock, the Series I Preferred Stock, the Series J Preferred Stock and the Series K Preferred Stock, Series L Preferred Stock, Series M Preferred Stock and any other series of preferred stock held by a person or entity that becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to an Instrument of Accession, a form of which is attached hereto as Schedule II

Preferred Stock. The Series F Preferred Stock, and the Investors Preferred Stock

Preferred Stock. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of the Investment Agreement.

Preferred Stock. Any series of stock of the Company designated as preferred or any other ownership interests of the Company into which such units are reclassified, reconstituted or exchanged

Preferred Stock. Means shares of the Company's Series A Preferred, Series B Preferred, Series C Preferred and/or Series C-1 Preferred.

Preferred Stock. The shares of Series A-1 Preferred Stock, Series A-2 Preferred Stock, Series B Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock and any hereafter acquired shares of the Company's Preferred Stock, regardless of series, and any shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion of any such series of Preferred Stock.

Preferred Stock. Means, collectively, shares of the Company's Series Four Senior Preferred Stock and Series Five Junior Preferred Stock.

Preferred Stock. 8.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, liquidation preference $25.00 per share, a series of the Company's preferred stock, $0.0001 par value per share
