Example Definitions of "Preferred Stock"
Preferred Stock. The Corporation's preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share, whether designated or undesignated and, if designated, of any class or series, as authorized under the Certificate of Incorporation.
Preferred Stock. Shall refer to Series A Convertible Preferred Stock.
Preferred Stock. All series of the Company's preferred stock, whether now existing or hereafter created, including, without limitation, Series A Preferred Stock
Preferred Stock. The Series A Preferred Stock and all future series of Preferred Stock of the Company hereafter authorized
