Preferred Stock

Example Definitions of "Preferred Stock"
Preferred Stock. Means the Company's preferred stock, $0.001 par value per share.
Preferred Stock. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Restated Certificate
Preferred Stock. Means all shares of Series A Preferred Stock, Series B Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock, and any other class or series of preferred stock issued by the Company after the date of this Agreement.
Preferred Stock. Means the Company's Series A Preferred Stock.
Preferred Stock. The Company's Preferred Stock, $0.0001 par value per share, whether or not yet authorized as of the date hereof.
Preferred Stock. Collectively, the Company's Series 1 Preferred Stock, the Company's Series 2 Preferred Stock, the Company's Series 3 Preferred Stock ("Series 3 Preferred") and the Company's Series 4 Preferred Stock ("Series 4 Preferred")
Preferred Stock. Means shares of the Company's Series A Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, and any future series of preferred stock issued by the Company.
Preferred Stock. Means, collectively, all shares of Series A Preferred Stock, Series B Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock and any other shares of Preferred Stock of the Company whether or not authorized as of the Effective Date.
Preferred Stock. (i) the Company's Series A Convertible Participating Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, and (ii) any securities issued or issuable with respect to the capital stock referred to in clause (i) above by way of stock dividends or stock splits or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation, or other reorganization.
Preferred Stock. Any preferred stock of the Company issued in exchange for Preferred Shares upon the Conversion of the Company.
