Example Definitions of "Preferred Stock"
Preferred Stock. Means the preferred stock of the Company, having $0.001 par value per share.
Preferred Stock. Means shares of the Company's Series C Convertible Preferred Stock issued to the Purchasers pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and such shares of Preferred Stock issuable upon exercise of the Series J Warrant
