Example Definitions of "Preferred Stock"
Preferred Stock. The Company's (i) Series A Preferred Stock, (ii) Series B Preferred Stock, (iii) Series C Preferred Stock, (iv) Series D Preferred Stock, (v) Series D-1 Preferred Stock and (vi) Special Junior Preferred Stock
Preferred Stock. The Series A Preferred Stock and Series B Preferred Stock and "Preferred Stockholder" shall mean a holder of Preferred Stock.
Preferred Stock. Means, collectively, shares of the Company's Series A, B, C, D and G Preferred Stock.
