Premises

Premises. The Building and the real property upon which the Building is situated, together with any other improvements constructed thereon, which real property is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Premises. Approximately 333,954 rentable and 312,979 usable square feet, comprised of the Original Premises, the Second Floor Building C Space, and the First Floor Building C Space.

Premises. Suite 250, consisting of approximately 6,358 square feet of Rentable Area (5,529 usable square feet), located on the second floor of the Building (as outlined on the floor plan attached to this Lease as Exhibit B), the street address of which is 1441 West Ute Boulevard, Park City, Utah 84098, as constructed on the Land which is further described on Exhibit E hereto.

Premises. That property Landlord does hereby let and demise totaling 8,435 square feet (as further described in Section 2 below) to Tenant and that is located at 410 Rosedale Court, Warrenton, Virginia 20186 and further shown on Exhibit ‘A' attached hereto and made a part hereof. Premises. The office space located within the Building, known as Suite #304 and outlined on the floor plan attached to this Lease as Exhibit "B" incorporated herein. The Premises are stipulated for all purposes to have a floor area of approximately 3,182 square feet, which includes any portion of the "Common Areas" allocated to the Premises, which Landlord and Tenant agree to be the size to be used for all Rent determinations including Tenant's pro-rate share of expenses.

Premises. That portion of the entire first lst floor and a portion of the second 2nd floor(s) of the Building located at 5 Carlisle Road. Westford. Massachusetts, commonly referred to as suite 100 and suite 200, as shown by diagonal lines on Exhibit "A". For purposes of this Lease, the Premises is deemed to contain approximately 55,817 square feet of Rentable Area.

Premises. Shall mean and include the Original Premises, and effective August 1, 2000, shall also mean and include 460 rentable square feet (the "Expansion Space") as shown on the attached Exhibit "A", for a total of 9,551 rentable square feet comprising the Premises.

Premises. The term "Premises" shall mean that building area described in Section D of the Summary that is within the Building, the aggregate net rentable area of which is referred to herein as "Tenant's Net Rentable Area".

Premises. The parcel or parcels of real estate where the Equipment is located, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto, which are each leased to Lessee pursuant to a Premises Lease.

Premises. 3,073 square feet of rentable space on the third (3rd) floor of the Building known as suite 348, as shown on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit A.
