Premises

Premises. (i) the Current Premises until the Relocation Date, and (ii) the New Premises from and after the Relocation Date.

Premises. The term "Premises" means that building area described in Section D of the Summary that is within the Building.

Premises. That portion of the Building containing approximately 8,512 square feet of Rentable Area and approximately 7,600 square feet of Usable Area (as may be adjusted pursuant to Section 6(a)(i) below), as shown on the Floor Plan, located on the second floor of the Building and known as Suite 200.

Premises. (i) with respect to RFC III, those certain premises commonly known as 4315 South 2700 West, Room 1300--RFC III, 02-01-04, Salt Lake City, Utah 84184 and (ii) with respect to RFC IV, those certain premises commonly known as 4315 South 2700 West, Room 1100--RFC IV, 02-01-58, Salt Lake City, Utah 84184, or, in each case, such other office space as the relevant Lessor and the relevant Transferor may mutually agree to designate during the term of this Agreement.

The term "Premises" means all tracts or parcels of land, surface tracts, mineral tracts, coal tracts, seams or veins of coal and other real estate situate within the United States of America as to which CONSOL Energy Inc. or any CEI Subsidiary owns, leases, claims or otherwise controls the Oil and Natural Gas minerals or the Coalbed Methane recoverable therefrom.

Premises. Means that area of the Building , commonly known as 900 N. Rohlwing Road, Itasca, Illinois 60143 being occupied by PEI as of the date hereof and consisting of a portion of the Building containing approximately 106,038 square feet .
