Example Definitions of "Prime Rate"
Prime Rate. Has the meaning given to such term in the Agreement.
Prime Rate. The rate of interest announced publicly by Fleet National Bank in Boston, Massachusetts, from time to time, as Fleet National Bank's prime rate.
Prime Rate. Shall mean the interest rate per annum announced from time to time by Bank as its Prime Rate. The Prime Rate may be greater or less than other interest rates charged by Bank to other borrowers and is not solely based or dependent upon the rate which Bank may charge any particular borrower or class of borrowers.
Prime Rate. Is the higher of (a) Bank's most recently announced "prime rate," even if it is not Bank's lowest rate and (b) four percent (4.0%) per annum.
Prime Rate. The term "Prime Rate" shall mean the prime commercial rate of interest as reported in the Wall Street Journal or its successor; if such reference rate is discontinued or no longer quoted, then such comparable rate as Landlord reasonably designates by notice to Tenant.
Prime Rate. Shall mean, for any period, a fluctuating interest rate per annum as shall be in effect from time to time which rate per annum shall at all times be equal to the greater of (i) the rate of interest established by KeyBank in Cleveland, Ohio, from time to time, as its prime rate, whether or not publicly announced, which interest rate may or may not be the lowest rate charged by it for commercial loans or other extensions of credit, and (ii) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect from time to... time plus 1/2 of 1% per annum. Prime Rate. Shall mean the per annum interest rate announced by and quoted in the Wall Street Journal from time-to-time as the prime or base rate.
Prime Rate. Shall mean a rate per annum equal to the rate of interest announced by Lender from time to time as its "Prime Rate". Any change in the Prime Rate shall be effective immediately from and after such change in the Prime Rate. Interest accruing by reference to the Prime Rate shall be calculated on the basis of actual days elapsed and a 360-day year. The Borrower acknowledges that the Lender may make loans to its customers above, at or below the Prime Rate.
