Prime Rate

Prime Rate. The term "Prime Rate" shall mean the rate announced from time to time by NationsBank of Texas, N.A. as its base or prime rate.

Prime Rate. Means the variable per annum rate of interest so designated from time to time by HSBC as its prime rate. The Prime Rate is a reference rate and does not necessarily represent the lowest or best rate being charged to any customer. Changes in the rate of interest resulting from changes in the Prime Rate shall take place immediately without notice or demand of any kind.

Prime Rate. Means the per annum rate of interest announced or published from time to time by Bank of America, N.A. (or its successors or assigns) as its prime commercial lending rate.

Prime Rate. Means the rate established by the Lender from time to time based on its consideration of economic, money market, business and competitive factors, and it is not necessarily the Lender's most favored rate. Subject to any maximum or minimum interest rate limitation specified herein or by applicable law, obligations subject to this rate of interest shall change automatically without notice to the Borrower immediately with each change in the Prime Rate.

Prime Rate. Means the rate of interest published in the Wall Street Journal as the "prime rate" or, if the Wall Street Journal ceases to publish a rate so designated, any similar successor rate designated by CPC. Any change in an interest rate resulting from a change in the Prime Rate shall become effective on the date of such change. Prime Rate is not necessarily the lowest rate charged by CPC and CPC may charge rates at, below or above the Prime Rate.

Prime Rate. Means the interest rate on the Interest Payment Date that is published by The Wall Street Journal as the prime lending rate; provided, if The Wall Street Journal ceases to publish an interest rate as the prime lending rate (or similar designation), the Prime Rate shall mean the prime lending rate established from time to time by Citibank, N.A. or its successor.

Prime Rate. Shall mean the prime rate of interest in effect from time to time at The Chase Manhattan Bank, New York, New York, or any successor bank thereto.

Prime Rate. Means at any time the rate of interest most recently announced by the Lender at its principal office as its Prime Rate, with the understanding that the Prime Rate is one of the Lender's base rates, and serves as the basis upon which effective rates of interest are calculated for those loans making reference thereto, and is evidenced by the recording thereof in such internal publication or publications as the Lender may designate. Prime Rate. Means the rate quoted by Silicon Valley Bank as its Prime Rate from time to time and, failing such quote at any time, the rate quoted by the U.S. West Coast edition of the Wall Street Journal as the prime lending rate.

Prime Rate. Means, at any time, the rate of interest noted in The Wall Street Journal, Money Rates section, as the "Prime Rate" (currently defined as the base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's thirty (30) largest banks). In the event that The Wall Street Journal quotes more than one rate, or a range of rates, as the Prime Rate, then the Prime Rate shall mean the average of the quoted rates.
