Prime Rate

Prime Rate. Shall mean a rate per annum equal to the rate announced from time to time by the Lender to be its Prime Rate as such Prime Rate may change from time to time, said changes to occur on the first date the Prime Rate changes; it being understood that the Prime Rate is the rate announced by the Lender from time to time as its Prime Rate and is not necessarily the lowest interest rate charged by the Lender to its customers

Prime Rate. As of any date of determination, a variable rate per annum equal to the rate of interest most recently published by The Wall Street Journal under the caption "Money Rates — Prime Rate" at large U.S. money center banks; provided, however, that if The Wall Street Journal is not being published as of the date of determination, then the prime rate established shall be that reported by any U.S. money center bank reasonably selected by the Company

Prime Rate. The rate of interest quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Money Rates Section as the Prime Rate (currently defined as the base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's thirty (30) largest banks)

Prime Rate. For any day, the rate of interest announced from time to time by Lender as its base or prime rate of interest, which Borrower hereby acknowledges and agrees may not be the lowest interest rate charged by Lender and is set by Lender in its sole discretion, changing when and as said prime rate changes.

Prime Rate. The rate of interest announced from time to time by Bank of America, N.A. as its prime rate. In the event the prime rate of Bank of America, N.A. is hereafter discontinued or becomes unascertainable, the Administrative Venturer shall designate a comparable reference rate to be the Prime Rate.

Prime Rate. Means the rate per annum from time to time announced by Citizens Bank as its Prime Rate, it being understood that such rate is a reference rate, not necessarily the lowest, established from time to time which serves as the basis upon which effective interest rates are calculated for loans making reference thereto.

Prime Rate. Bank's most recently announced

Prime Rate. The "prime rate" of the Bank as announced at its offices in Cleveland, Ohio.

Prime Rate. The "Prime Rate" means, for any day, the rate identified by the Holder as its prime rate for such day.

Prime Rate. The prime rate published by The Wall Street Journal, from time to time as its prime rate, whether or not such rate is the lowest or best rate quoted by such bank to its most creditworthy customers.
