Prime Rate

Prime Rate. Shall mean the fluctuating per annum lending rate of interest from time to time published by CITIBANK, N.A., or its successor, for its best commercial customers.

Prime Rate. Shall mean the "Prime Rate" in effect from time to time (as published in the "Money Rates" section of The Wall Street Journal or, if such section or publication no longer is available, such other publication as determined by Senior Participant in its reasonable discretion).

Prime Rate. Shall mean the publicly announced base rate (or other publicly announced reference rate) charged by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association. Borrower acknowledges that the Prime Rate may not be the lowest rate made available by Lender or the bank to their customers and that Lender or the bank may lend to its customers at rates that are at, above or below the Prime Rate.

Prime Rate. Shall mean the rate of interest published in the Money Rates section of The Wall Street Journal from time to ----------- time as the Prime Rate. If more than one Prime Rate is published in The Wall Street Journal for a day, the average of the Prime Rates so published shall be used and such average shall be rounded up to the nearest one quarter of one percent (.25%). If The Wall Street Journal ceases to publish the Prime... Rate, the Holder may select a comparable publication or service that publishes such Prime Rate, or its equivalent, and if such Prime Rate is no longer published, then the rate publicly announced by one of the ten largest money center banks in the United States (as selected by the Holder in its discretion) as its "prime" or "reference" rate shall be substituted. Prime Rate. Means the actual "Reference Rate" or the substitute therefor of the Bank of America NT & SA whether or not that rate is the lowest interest rate charged by said bank. If the Prime Rate, as defined, is unavailable, "Prime Rate" shall mean the highest of the prime rates published in the Wall Street Journal on the first business day of the applicable month, as the base rate on corporate loans at large U.S. money center commercial banks.

Prime Rate. Shall mean the rate of interest that The JPMorgan Chase Bank (or its successor and assign) announces from time to time as its prime lending rate as then in effect, or if no such rate is announced by The JPMorgan Chase Bank (or its successor or assign), the prime lending rate announced by a New York City money center bank selected by Purchaser and reasonably acceptable to the Seller.

Prime Rate. The rate of interest quoted by the Bank from time to time in Boston as its "Prime Rate," which is not necessarily the Bank's lowest rate of interest.

Prime Rate. Shall mean the prime rate of interest as published in the Wall Street Journal on the date of Termination of Employment.

Prime Rate. Shall mean the prime rate or its equivalent announced and in effect from time to time by the Atlanta office of Bank of America or its successor.

Prime Rate. Means that interest rate established by KeyBank National Association as KeyBank's Prime Rate, whether or not such rate is publicly announced. The Prime Rate may not necessarily be the lowest interest rate charged by KeyBank for commercial or other extensions of credit.
