Principal Market. Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board 1 Insert date 5 years after the Issuance Date
Principal Market. The Pink Open Market
Principal Market. Means the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. (the "NYSE"), or if after the date of this Agreement the Common Stock is listed on another Eligible Market, such other Eligible Market.
