Principal Market. The OTC QB or, if the Common Stock is then listed or quoted on any of the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the OTC QX or The New York Stock Exchange, Inc., such market on which the Common Stock is then listed or quoted
Principal Market. The primary national securities exchange or marketplace (including the over-the-counter markets) on which the Common Stock is then traded.
