Principal Market. The securities exchange or securities quotation service where the Common Stock is principally listed or quoted for trading
Principal Market. Means any of The New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the OTCQB, the OTCQX, the OTC Pink or any other market operated by the OTC Markets Group Inc. or any successors of any of these exchanges or markets.
Principal Market. The QTCQB or such other principal market on which the Common Stock is traded
Principal Market. The OTC Pink Tier
