Example Definitions of "Proceeds"
Proceeds. Shall mean all proceeds collected directly or indirectly by Customer as the result of the Transaction.
Proceeds. All "Proceeds" as such term is defined in Section 9-102(64) of the Code on the date hereof and, in any event, shall include, without limitation, all dividends or other income from the Pledged Stock and the Partnership/LLC Interests, collections thereon, proceeds of sale thereof or distributions with respect thereto.

Proceeds. Shall mean (a) all "proceeds," as defined in Article 9 of the Uniform commercial Code, with respect to the Royalty Priority Collateral, and (b) whatever is recoverable or recovered when any Royalty Priority Collateral is sold, exchanged, collected or disposed of, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
Proceeds. Means cash and other assets (including without limitation equity consideration) that are proceeds from a Change in Control Transaction and legally available for distribution.

Proceeds. Shall mean all proceeds as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code of Georgia or other applicable law, and all other profits, rentals, or receipts, in whatever form, arising from the collection, sale, lease, or other disposition of, or realization upon, the Collateral, or a specified portion thereof, including, without limitation, any insurance proceeds with respect thereto.
