Products. Has the meaning specified in the recitals; provided, however, that By-Products shall be excluded from all calculations regarding Products hereunder, except to the extent such calculations expressly reference and require the inclusion of By-Products.

Products. Any products manufactured by or for Larscom or its subsidiaries or affiliates that incorporate the Software.
