Products. Shall mean those external power supplies as set forth on Schedule A, as such schedule is amended from time to time.

Products. Means all current products and services of the Seller relating to the Business, any subsequent versions of such products currently being developed, any products currently being developed by the Seller which are designed to supersede, replace or function as a component of such products, and any upgrades, enhancements, improvements and modifications to the foregoing.

Products. Any products which cannot be developed, manufactured, used or sold without (i) infringing one or more claims under any issued patent included within the Assigned IP or (ii) utilizing any part of the intellectual property embodied by any such Assigned IP or any Know-How.
