Property

Property. The term "Property" shall mean the real property with all improvements now or hereafter located thereon described by the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A", the aggregate area of which is approximately Six Hundred Fifty Three Thousand and Four Hundred (653,400) square feet (the "Property Gross Leasable Area").

Property. To the extent a Loan is released from the terms and ----------- conditions hereof, the terms "Property", "Properties", "Loans" and "Loan Documents" shall, from that time forth, no longer include such released Property, such Loan, and the Loan Documents executed solely in connection with such Loan.

Property. Shall have the meaning provided in the recitals to the Granting Clause.

Property. Shall mean, collectively, the Grand Canal Shoppes; all of Owner's right, title and interest in, to and under the Casino Level Master Lease; and, as the context requires, the space covered by the Casino Level Master Lease.

Property. Has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals hereof.

Property. The real and personal property located in Collin County, Texas, which is more particularly described in the Deed of Trust.

Property. As to each Construction Project, the Parcel and the Improvements to be built thereon.

Property. Mortgaged Property or "Property" shall mean the Trust Property described in the Mortgage Loan Documents.

Property. The term "Property" shall mean the real property with all improvements now or hereafter located thereon described by the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A", containing one (1) building, the aggregate gross area of which is approximately 5.6 acres (the "Property Gross Area").
