Prospective Customer. Any prospective client, customer or account, including, without limitation, any person, firm, corporation, association or other business entity of any kind with which the Company had any negotiations or substantial discussions regarding the possibility of providing products or services within the one (1) year period preceding your Termination Date.

Prospective Customer. Shall mean any corporation, partnership, trust or Person which has either (a) entered into a nondisclosure agreement with Interpharm or any Interpharm subsidiary or Affiliate or (b) has within the proceeding 18 months received a currently pending and not rejected written proposal in reasonable detail from Interpharm or any Interpharm subsidiary or Affiliate.
Prospective Customer. Shall mean all persons or entities with whom the Company has had substantive discussions about becoming a customer of the Company in the last year of Employee's employment with the Company.
Prospective Customer. Shall be defined as a business, organization or other entity wherein Broker has a bona fide Broker Contact, has made initial introductions, and has a good faith belief that a sale of the Seisint Services is likely to occur.

Prospective Customer. And Prospective Partner shall mean any Person with whom or which negotiations or discussions occurred during the 90 day period immediately preceding the effective date my engagement as an employee or consultant with the Company terminates, concerning the purchase or joint marketing of any of the Company's products by such Person or by such Person's Customers, regardless of whether I solicited such Person to give its patronage or business to the Company.
