Prospective Customer

Prospective Customer. A potential customer of Employer or an Affiliate, which has been contacted by Employer or an Affiliate and for which Employer or an Affiliate has made a financial investment, such as time, travel, equipment or material during the two (2) year period preceding the termination of Employee's employment as provided in this Agreement.

Prospective Customer. Any person or entity who does not currently or has not yet purchased the products or services of Nucor, but who, at the time of Executive's last date of full-time employment with Nucor has been targeted by Nucor as a potential user of the products or services of Nucor, and whom Executive or his direct reports participated in the solicitation of or on behalf of Nucor

Prospective Customer. A Person (i) to whom the Company or any Affiliate of the Company previously provided services within the two (2) years immediately preceding Executive's termination, (ii) from whom the Company or any Affiliate of the Company has actively solicited business within the two (2) years immediately preceding the Executive's termination, or (iii) to whom the Company or any Affiliate of the Company has planned to solicit business within the six (6) months immediately preceding the Executive's... termination as evidenced by inclusion on a prospective customer list, business plans, pipeline reports, or sales meetings. Prospective Customer. Any person or entity, including without limitation a Government Agency, whom the Employee, at any time during the twelve (12) month period preceding the termination of Employee's employment, was involved in working on a proposal for, soliciting or making a proposal to, on behalf of the Company, for the provision of services.

Prospective Customer. Any Person which has either (a) entered into a nondisclosure agreement with CMG, XA or GGI or any other CMG subsidiary or (b) has within the preceding 12 months received a currently pending and not rejected written proposal in reasonable detail from CMG, XA, GGI or another CMG subsidiary.

Prospective Customer. A person or entity who was the direct target of sales or marketing activity by the Executive.

Prospective Customer. Shall mean any individual or entity of which the Participant has gained knowledge as a result of the Participant's employment with the Company and with which the Participant dealt with or had contact with during the six (6) months preceding his or her termination of employment with the Company.

Prospective Customer. Any business or entity that is not a Customer, but to whom Participant provided a bid, quote for products or services, or about whom Participant obtained Confidential Information for the purposes of securing a sale, during the twelve (12) months preceding cessation of Participant's employment with the Company

Prospective Customer. Any prospect with whom you or a representative of Company for which you were aware has engaged in discussions to do business with the Company within the last twelve (12) months of your employment.

Prospective Customer. Shall mean any individual, business, or entity that Employee solicited or pursued, or assisted in soliciting or pursuing within the final twelve (12) months of Employee's employment for the purpose of selling products or services of the Company.
