Prospective Customer

Prospective Customer. Any and all Persons who, to the Optionee's knowledge, were canvassed or solicited to purchase the goods or services of the Company or its Affiliates in connection with the Business at any time during the one (1)-year period immediately preceding the Termination Date.

Prospective Customer. Shall mean any business or entity with whom Employee had Material Contact, for the purpose of attempting to sell or provide Services, and to whom Employee had provided a bid, quote for Services, or other Confidential Information of the Company, during the twelve (12) months preceding Employee's termination date.
