Public Offering. A public offering of Acquired Securities pursuant to an effective Registration Statement

Public Offering. The offering for sale by the Underwriters to the general public of any shares of Holding Company Common Stock not subscribed for in the Subscription Offering, the Community Offering or any Syndicated Community Offering.
