Public Offering

Public Offering. The initial registration of the Common Stock under section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended

Public Offering. Shall mean a public offering and sale of Ordinary Shares for cash pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act.
