Purchase Order

Purchase Order. Means a written purchase order processed in accordance with the terms of Section 6.2.2 hereto, the Manufacturing Specifications or other terms provided separately by SCEA or a Designated Manufacturing Facility to Publisher.

Purchase Order. Means the form of purchase order set forth in Exhibit B hereto, which is to be placed from time to time by RRV with RHINO pursuant to this Agreement.

Purchase Order. Means written orders for a quantity of the Product or a number of batches of any Pipeline Product issued by NEW ALPHA and placed with GENERICO. Purchase Order. Means a written purchase order issued by Publisher pursuant to Section 7.8.1, regarding the purchase of Disc Products that conform to the Guidelines and other terms and conditions imposed by the SCE Company or any Designated Manufacturing Facility.

Purchase Order. Means any purchase order that Genzyme either itself or through a Buying Entity completes and delivers to Supplier either directly or through one of its Affiliates listed in Attachment __ in accordance with Section 6.
